1 Bathroom 1 Bath • Sleeps 2-4Located on the 3rd floor, Salty Turtles® Beachfront II studio condo is newly remodeled and has one of the best views in Top of the Gulf directly overlooking the beach and pools! New updates include custom pine shiplap walls throughout, quartz kitchen countertops, new appliances, fresh paint, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, has two comfortable queen beds, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee bar, cable TV, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. This condo has it all and is the perfect relaxing and affordable getaway for friends, couples, small families, and golfers! As a special "thanks" for booking Salty Turtles® Beachfront II, a daily set of beach lounge chairs with umbrella (available March-October ~ $50/day value) is included during your stay at no additional charge!
The resort features (2) gulf front pools with direct beach access, poolside snack bar, exercise room, internet lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table.
It is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Ms. Bubba's Pizza, Hammerhead Freds, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) - any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund. No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.
